For 37 years, Mother & Unborn Baby Care has operated a ProLife Pregnancy Center in Fort Worth. The majority of our clients – over 62% – come to us seeking an abortion.  We offer them free pregnancy tests; counseling for the troubled Mom, her family and friends; free limited sonograms; financial help if needed – all completely free. Consistently, more than 80% of these women choose life! In our 37 years, we have seen over 8,000 women choose LIFE!

We eliminate the crisis, not the baby!

Now, we are building a center next to an abortion clinic! Because of the Covid restrictions, and City offices working remotely, it has taken us 2 years to receive the building permit necessary for us to begin construction. But we have that precious permit now, and construction has begun!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

We need your help to finance, furnish and staff the building, for this amazing new Missionary project!

This IS Missionary Work! All of us are asked by God to help “the least of those” who so desperately need His love, His mercy, His help. We are His hands, we speak His truth to those who need to hear it! We are offering you a chance to be a part of this channel of grace into the world. To be a missionary at home! Asking for money is never easy, but we’re not asking, we’re giving – offering you the opportunity to DO something about abortion, to stand before God at your judgment and say, “YES, Lord, I helped your babies! I obeyed Your command”:

“Rescue those who are being led away to death;
Hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter.
(Proverbs 24:11-12)

We are begging you to help make this urgent project a reality in the next few months!

AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT TO BABY JESUS, RESCUE A DESPERATE MOM & HER BABY.

 BE A MISSIONARY FOR GOD! A MISSIONARY FOR LIFE!

Mother & Unborn Baby Care was founded in 1984, by Chuck and Pat Pelletier. Chuck was a political consultant at the time, who had been medically retired from the army. He was career military officer, and helicopter pilot, who had been shot down in combat in Viet Nam. In spite of being confined to a wheelchair as a result of his injuries, he never stopped fighting for the good of others. In 1984, he joined the fight for the right to life of all people, from the moment of conception to natural death.

In 1984, the Pelletier family included five young children. Chuck became the Director of the Center, and Pat did the business and office work from home while caring for the kids. Volunteers were recruited from all around Fort Worth, and, although Pat and Chuck were active Catholics, the volunteers were from many different faith backgrounds. Along with the work at the Center, they soon added a local affiliate of Catholics United For Life, a national organization which teaches and supports sidewalk counseling.

Today, the Center is under the direction of Mrs. Laura Herrera, following the death of Chuck Pelletier in 2016. Pat is still involved also, and the Sidewalk Counseling continues under the umbrella of Mother & Unborn Baby Care, and Sidewalk Advocates For Life, with the direction of Bobby Warren.

MUB has been blessed by all three of the Bishops who have been in Ft. Worth during their operation, all of whom have allowed the Center to have a full chapel, reserving the Blessed Sacrament in the chapel, and having Mass celebrated there on a regular basis. All three of the Bishops have celebrated Mass in the chapel of the pregnancy center. The staff and volunteers begin and end each day with prayers of gratitude for the clients, the benefactors and the support of the community.
